Fall ATC swap with Lydia

I participated in my first ATC swap with Lydia at http://sanchezexpressions.blogspot.com. We had to create our cards in what we saw or thought Fall to be.

For my ATC's I used patterned paper by DCWV- Indian Summer(2009). My image is a Tilda stamp by Magnolia. I think she was from years's fall collection. The image was to big for my ATC, so stamped her on plain paper then scanned her into my computer and resized her to fit my card. Once printed I colored the images using my copic markers. I also added some stickles to the little pumkins. The sentiment on my card is from TPC Studio clear stamps- Autumn Harvest. I stamped it in TH distress ink- Vintage photo and used TH spiced marmalade, aged mahogany, and shabby shutters to color the label. And of course you can't forget the bling!!

On the back of the card I added a pocket and a tag cut out using the mirror function key from Tags,Bags,Boxes and more. On my tag I wrote what "Fall is" to me.

Wedding Card

Today i made a cute little card for a wedding we are going to next weekend. I used my cricut along with the design studio to weld the card together and used the "sweethearts" cartridge.
The pattern paper is from an 8X8 "Wedding" pad by Making memories. The card was cut out with white cardstock at 5". Then I covered the card using the shadow feature in black and layered with the blackout in gray. The trim at the bottom of the card I found at my local Dollar store. The whole card was inked along the edges with black soot distress ink. I made a 6X6 envelope using my Martha Stewart score board and used some left over pattern paper along the bottom.

Altered gift box for my mom

Sorry its been so long. I altered this wooden box I purchased at Michael's. It's unfinished and ready for decorating. I used Folkart acrylic paint in Metallic Garnet red on the entire box. Once dry I covered with patterned paper by Creative Imaginations. I sanded all the edges and used distress ink in dusty concord. I sealed the whole box with glossy Mod Podge and then embellished the lid. The letter A was cut with my Cricut using base camp cart. I then ran thru my bigshot using a cuttlebug embossing folder(music notes). I made paper roses in two diff sizes and added diamond dust to the edges. My favorite part was using the Elvis stamp both outside and inside the box. My mom loves Elvis!! This will be a birthday gift for her this weekend! Love ya mom!
