My Hero Scrapbook Page Border

I made a single page border to fit a 12 x 12 scrapbook layout. I used some Fourth of July patterned paper by Echo Park Paper Co., and the Captain America bear is from the "My Hero Vol. 2" pattern file  by Little Scraps of Heaven Designs.
